An Anthropological Introduction to Youtube: Video Response

After the summation of all points touched on: governance, commerce, copyright, identity, ethics, aesthetics, rhetoric, privacy, love, family and even ourselves... the gentleman at the end 'bnessel1973 who said "this website, this community... helped bring me life again." This statement alone gives credit to all previous topics that they have touched upon. By interacting with others online from different cultures and subcultures, documenting life and having a heightened awareness of oneself when watching yourself — and being ignorant and naive when watching others, youtube as a vehicle, becomes not just a community but a whole new culture. A culture... our "little glass dot."
