Tender Buttons All Seven Spreads

Here are my Seven spreads for Tender Buttons, including my first failed attempted at a book cover.
I am using the quotation marks throughout the non-poem pages. These large chunky forms reflect the heavy block-like columns on the poem spreads for continuity.

 

 

 

 

 

 

My first iteration of the cover tried to represent all the textures of the food and objects in cubist-like (skewed) rectangular stripes.
